It’s not all free breakfast and five-star beds. Life as a HotelAudit inspector means walking a fine line between undercover guest and brand standards coach.
Our inspectors begin their visit as any guest would: quietly observing arrival, check-in, cleanliness, dining, sleep, and service. But behind every smile and room service order, they're tracking dozens of brand standards in action.
The twist? After the undercover portion ends, we shift roles. The same inspector who lived the guest experience now reveals their identity and works directly with the hotel team.
What does that look like?
Immediate feedback with photos, evidence, and scores
Coaching managers on SOP gaps or inconsistencies
Collaborating to turn low scores into clear wins
Sharing what’s already working to build momentum
We’re not just auditors. We’re trusted advisors, here to help great hotels become world-class.
